Privacy Policy

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires lawyers to inform their clients of their policies
regarding privacy of client information. Our client’s privacy is of paramount importance to
our firm. As an attorney, I am bound by professional standards of confidentiality that go
beyond what is required by the Act.

I do not disclose any personal or nonpublic information about current or former clients,
except as authorized by the client to effectively represent that client in his/her case, or as
may be required by law, applicable codes of professional responsibility or ethical rules.
I maintain records in the scope of my representation and maintain electronic, physical and
procedural safeguards to keep your information safe.
